It is tradition after a Bomber victory, for someone to throw a moose leg onto the ice. The players will then gather at center ice and salute the fans. This started about 1995.

On March 24, 2016, after a 3-2 win giving the Bombers a 3-1 stranglehold in the series. The Weyburn coach pointed to the moose leg and his player leaves the bench and skates off with the good luck charm. A brawl entailed. Check out youtube for some exciting footage!
