Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping within Flin Flon, Creighton, Denare Beach, Cranberry Portage (via Rick's Family Foods) and Snow Lake (via Cornerview). If you are outside of these areas, please ask for a quote for your shipping needs.
Most embroidery orders are completed within 2 weeks from date of order. Promotional products from our suppliers may take 2-4 weeks from date of order. You will be advised as to how soon your order will be ready (in case of supplier shortages, etc). If you have an event date, please let us know so we can be sure you have your order on time!
Privacy & Security
We respect the privacy of our customers and ensure the security of their information. We do not rent, sell or give out any information.
Returns & Replacements
Should your order have an error on our part, we will glady remedy the situation via repair or replacement. Please let us know as soon as you identify this. Items specially ordered in for you are not accepted for return.
Ordering
Our preferred method of ordering is via email or fax as it is in writing. We will take orders over the phone, but you will be required to approve an email or fax for errors or omissions.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
A deposit is required on all new accounts and all new design requests.
Viewing Orders
You will receive an email confirmation stating your order particulars. It may be accompanied by an artwork approval form. Be sure to read this and let us know of any errors or omissions, otherwise you will be subject to receiving what is on the order - and we want you to be very happy with your order!
Updating Account Information
Please let us know if you need to update your information such as address, email, credit card, etc.
